4 Days Selous Wildlife Lodge Tour
Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Selous Game Reserve
Depart Dar es Salaam and drive to Selous Game Reserve. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on the Rufiji River, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and aquatic birds. Dinner and overnight at a luxury lodge.
Day 2: Full Day in Selous
After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive exploring the diverse ecosystem of Selous, one of the largest faunal reserves in Africa. Spot elephants, wild dogs, lions, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 3: Walking Safari & Cultural Visit
Start your day with a guided walking safari led by armed rangers. Learn about the small wonders of the bush, from tracks to plants. Later, visit a nearby village for a cultural experience. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Selous – Dar es Salaam
After breakfast, depart Selous and drive back to Dar es Salaam with lunch en route. End of tour.
